Worthless, infuriating.
They told me they can’t handle my situation and to call my local wildlife control… they claim to be a wildlife control service. Terrible
Called needing immediate assistance with a stray animal, was told by the person who answered that the phone number line was a “pest control company referral service”. She repeated this several times. When I tried to clarify with her that I had the right company, she repeated herself again and then just hung up on me mid-sentence.
Unbelievable you call someone to report an injured suffering animal that had clearly been hit by a car and was stuck in a gated community and they don’t even let you finish speaking before they hang up on you. If I could give below zero stars I would. Spoke to both a man and a woman and was given the same attitude. Shout out to Fairfax County Police Department for actually showing compassion and sending someone to help a poor injured animal.
