This is one of the nicer Tysons. Bobtail parking, restrooms, vending machines, and inside the guard shack is a phone number posted on the check in window, you can call to check on your load status. Mine was ready almost 6 hours before DLD, at my arrival time. Got to give em 5 stars for allowing overnight parking, Thank you for making pick up easy!
Go across scales and park your empty on the left. then park bobtail across from guard shack and go in to check in then go back to your truck and take a 34 hour break!!!!
They changed the check in and out process and it makes no sense. Didn't seem broke so I don't understand why they have made it nightmare. Iv been sitting for 10 minutes no by front gate waiting for someone to come out to check the trailer. The girl who told me to wait for someone to check my trailer is inside watching videos on her phone. Why? Just why?
I waited 6 hours for my load. I went in the scale house, and they said I was all set. I went to the CAT Scale in Carthage. 1,200 lbs over gross. 4000 lbs over on the trailer axle. I brought it back at Noon, and the day shift never told anyone. I left 28 hours and 45 minutes later. Jason the night supervisor was extremely helpful, and got me out of there. The main problem is the guard shack being run by a third party company. Young people dressed like they're at home, one sleeping....one with slippers on, very unprofessional.... read more
