The whole process is confusing and nobody is on the same page. Very slow. And you better call and check, because it might be ready and nobody will call to let you know. I hope I don’t have to come here again. Very friendly people, but the process is just ridiculous.

This is one of the nicer Tysons. Bobtail parking, restrooms, vending machines, and inside the guard shack is a phone number posted on the check in window, you can call to check on your load status. Mine was ready almost 6 hours before DLD, at my arrival time. Got to give em 5 stars for allowing overnight parking, Thank you for making pick up easy!
Go across scales and park your empty on the left. then park bobtail across from guard shack and go in to check in then go back to your truck and take a 34 hour break!!!!
