There’s no way they have an actual billing department, just deal with a collections company. Apparently they provided some service at Norton Children’s when my son was injured, but no communication from their office at all for over 6 months. Just a collections bill for ELEVEN dollars.
Received a collections bill for 10 dollars. I don't know if I'm more embarrassed for apparently forgetting to pay someone 10 dollars or more embarrassed being the office to send it FROM COLLECTIONS.
Sent me to collections. Never even received a bill.
Garbage billing department. Sent me to collections without once contacting me. Stay away if you can
