I had an excellent experience taking my grandson to Dr. Oswald this week. He has been sick and was seen by another provider the week prior but not improving. I called for an appointment and they got us right in. Dr. Oswald listened and validated my concerns but spoke directly to his patient. He treated my grandson with respect and we left knowing he would start improving with the care plan Dr. Oswald gave us. Thank you for your time and for genuinely caring.
