I only met the man once, when my husband was seeking help from radiation induced neck cancer complications. He as a ulcer or lesion no one is sure it affects husband ear also. Doctor Neilson just looked at him and said " what do you want me to do" He now is on a feeding tube and his neck fibrosis is closing his airway. Dr Nielsen did my thyroid cancer surgery in 2022 and to this day I still tell everyone he has magic hands. Loved his bedside manner, his treatment was superior. I highly recommend him.
