First and last time taking my vehicle to Tyson. My vehicle is a 2026 Wrangler with only 3,600 miles. I brought it in for a flat tire replacement, a check engine light, and a seepage issue in the transmission area. I am extremely disappointed with the service department. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told the check engine light and codes could not possibly be related to the flat tire. I have a 2025 ram 1500 limited Took my vehicle in for service vehicle stayed for about 2 day for oil change and power step issues I do have the app for vehicle set up to let me know when vehicle moves I get a random notification and realized that Tyson mechanic was test driving my vehicle on highway 55 going 102 mph passing cars dangerously I did mentioned it to Andrew (service manager) send him videos of incident and of course nothing was done about it I did pay in full for service just to give you all heads up how your veh... read more

Let me start by say that the dealership is great. The Durango I bought was not so much. My service writer Shannon was always on point, polite, knowledgeable, and kept me informed. She dealt with me being annoying, sometimes angry, occasionally rude and definitely impatient. The Durango was definitely a Lemon from the start with electrical issues. It was a 2024 and was in the shop less than a week after I bought it new. It was in 11 times in 10 months. The last time was for over 86 days. Finally traded it in after arbitration... read more

Ужасный сервис! В моей машине меняли масла и фильтра 5 часов. Я не рекомендую данный сервис. Обычно на это уходило в других салонах 1,5-2 часа. Я приехала сюда в 8:30. Я потратила свое время здесь. За время ожидания я сходила в поликлинику Emediate cure, чтобы провести медицинское обследование, сходить покушать в мексиканский ресторан, сделать маникюр. Когда я пришла за машиной, моя машина еще не была готова.
