The manager was like sorry , sorry ,sorry The cashier was like sorry Everyone was like sorry I dropped off my car , had to arrange a ride to work Then had to arrange a ride after work to get my car and they never even serviced it I made the appointment a week in advance Nobody ever even had the decency to call me Just said sorry.
