They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I called from the hospital but they did not return the phone call either to me or the hospital staff.
