they need to have a wash out at the location because if picking up in the middle of the night the only place that washes out is down the road at a small store and they closed till 7am

After staying on the dock for 4 hrs they unload me.These people have no respect for the drivers time and his business.had a 12pm appointment came in at 11 by 11:15 am at the dock I thought they would unload took 4 hrs to unload me.never coming back here
The delivery guard shack was not open, so I drove to the other entrance as directed. The two female guards there demanded that I get a trailer washout because of a small piece of broken pallet wood that was lying in the trailer and that the trailer didn't smell fresh. This facility is absolutely awesome. I drive for Prime so we do drop and Hook at Tysons. Most we have to sit and wait. But this one had my load done in an hour some 10 hrs before the appt time !!!
