Arrived here at 0930 for an 1130 load. Was told to park in the drip pad. Had to ask where that was because thats a term im unfamiliar with. Got my dock at exactly 1130 as scheduled and was unloaded quickly. From the time I was docked to the time I checked out was about 10 minutes. The only reason im knocking a star off is the layout is a bit confusing. Had to ask several people where I should park before it made sense. Every time I visit this location great service from the employees, drivers make sure your trailer is clean .. yep live loads take about 4 to 6hrs yesterday you can early as possible.. my appointment 23:00 I checked in at 18:45 use the restroom before arriving drink vending machine inside the Shipping office
Yall need to have a come to Jesus meeting with yalls crew on the yard dogs. Im just a rider, and had 2 of yalls people throwing hands up at me, honking at me, and being completely disrespectful to the fact that I told them im not the driver, nor do I hold a cdl to move a truck. Completely unprofessional... There is absolutely no reason for them to be rude, and harass someone that is clearly not a cdl driver...
Nice people but extremely long low times checked in at eight. Got a door at 12 still sitting waiting for paperwork. parking is tough backing into the shipping. Dock is easy.
