My toddler apparently missed an appointment 3 years ago and I just got a bill for almost $300. After calling to see if I could settle for the original missed appointment fee (still a steep $50), they countered for a reduced late fee of $100 in addition to the $50. Who wants to go to a pediatric dentist who makes their money off of kids not showing up for their appointments? I recommend you find a different dentist office that honestly earns their money through providing dental health services and not gouging for late fees.
Our family were patients for several years. We had to change providers because of insurance. I tried to schedule an appointment for my son and they are not accepting new patients. They said we would be considered new patients and would not let us make an appointment. Not the best way to treat a previous customer that supported your business for many years!
Have been taking our 3 kids for years. In our experience, the office has been outstanding for everything from basic cleaning visits and xrays to repairs of chipped/broken teeth.
This place is terrible. 24 hour prior to appointment and tried to cancel. Charged 100 dollars. Go elsewhere. Crooks
