I took the Basic Sports Massage class from Tara and I must say that she is very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to work on her after she worked on me. It was definitely one of the best classes I have taken over my career and I look forward to being able to take more classes with her. Tara is incredible! I have been in search for a therapist like her for 20 years and although I have found a few good ones she is by far the best. She has healing hands! I actually can feel the toxins and paid leave my body during the massage and walk away feeling relieved and ready to face the week ahead. She is amazing!
