I would highly recommend Tysdal Construction and Jerame Tysdal to anyone who is building a new home or other construction projects. Jerame Tysdal and Tysdal Construction, Inc. received a sizeable down payment to construct our home in a 9 month timeframe. The home was still not complete after 12 months and he disregarded the budget that we communicated to him. He blamed us when it was his responsibility as a general contractor to manage the project, communicate with and guide us in timing of selecting materials, and to obtain estimates to complete construction within the timeframe agreed upon and within our budget.
