I own an older 28-inch 2-stage Toro snow thrower that operates and runs great as I take decent care of my equipment. However, in the middle of winter this year I discovered one of my 15-inch tires was flat. Upon further investigation found the leak was between the tire bead and the rim where painted metal flakes of rust was breaking the tire seal.
