Thanks to everyone at Ty’s for such a great experience buying our very first travel trailer! Can’t thank everyone enough for being so friendly and helpful from the moment we decided to purchase our SunLite 13MJ at an RV show to the moment we towed it off the lot for her voyage home!
Horrible ! I called for leveling of my RV in May and they stated that it would prob be done in June. Called in late June and they said it would be soon with them giving a few excuses. I added a request for water heater service. I called about monthly and they kept assuring that it would be "soon". The season is over and nothing was done and the only communication we had was when I called them.
I would have given 0 stars, but that unfortunately is not an option, I had to choose one star. NOT worth even one star! Awful customer service. This place is a joke. Underhanding, conniving and unprofessional. I can think of a lot of other words to describe them that I don't feel comfortable with writing. I am just so appalled at the lack of service. I've been waiting for more than two months for them to winterize it, and if it sits for 4 days or more in below freezing temperature unwinterized there would be thousands of dol... read more
