Ty’s has been our go to place for RV service for five years. We went there after a less than satisfactory experience at another service center. The choice has proven to be a good one. We have confidence that the assessment of the problem will be thorough and honest and that the required service/repair will be completed with competence. Particularly noteworthy is Ty’s commitment to return the RV to the owner in better appearance, inside and out, than when it was brought in for service. We recommend Ty’s without equivocation.
We drove over 100 miles to get to our camper only to discover we forgot our keys! We called Ty's and they were so very helpful! They told me what info from the keys at home that I needed And, they gave me the name and number of a local locksmith if we wanted to call him. We are happy to report that we drove to Ty's with the info necessary and we were able to get two sets and will happily spend the night in our camper and not have to go home tonight! Very pleased with the service we received on a late weekend trouble call. Came out diagnosed and took care of the problem. We also use Ty and his business to open and close our trailer. In these days and times, it's refreshing to do business with a dependable business.
I've known Ty for 15yrs. His store is clean and his staff is always happy to help you find what you need. A pleasure to work with. He has also done repairs on my park model with quality results.
