I called Ty to check out a car I was purchasing, and he went above and beyond with a full diagnostic and breakdown of what the car may need including the price to get it done. He broke everything down for me in terms that I can understand. I live in Alabama and will be bringing my car back to be serviced by him.
Ty was able to replace my battery on my Jeep quickly and efficiently. He was very quick to respond and did good work. Thanks again.
They are the worst mobile mechanics. I paid them for service and Ty stole the parts off of my vehicle, kept my money and blocked my number. Definitely filing a police report for theft.. do not recommend
Called him out to see what was going on with my car. Said it was the alternator and said he could take it out for me the next day and replace it the following day. Tried to contact him the next day to figure out when he was coming and never heard back. Had me stuck in Navarre longer than I needed to be had he just communicated with me. Could have gave me some kind of update. Would give 0 stars if I could.
