HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. spoke to phillip, chip & gabriel many times. They naver call back, after saying they would. They never show up after saying they would send someone. We finaced a referbished printer with them that never worked properly from day 1. They never gave proper training. We can only print on a 20k print and cut machine. We finally got to some one to help after back and forth for 2 years and now they don't want to help because they said "they need to make money"our warrenty has expired. My husband and I are new business owners and have been ordering our ink and other needs from Tyrrell Tech for a few months now. Chris started at around the same time we began. I only know this because while Chris was still new and figuring things out he would say "I'm sorry it's taking a minute, I'm still a little new."
