HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. spoke to phillip, chip & gabriel many times. They naver call back, after saying they would. They never show up after saying they would send someone. We finaced a referbished printer with them that never worked properly from day 1. They never gave proper training. We can only print on a 20k print and cut machine. We finally got to some one to help after back and forth for 2 years and now they don't want to help because they said "they need to make money"our warrenty has expired.
