I showed up at the appointed time. The technicians checked me in and had me out of there within an hour. Fast ,friendly service is all I ever ask for and they delivered.
The team at Tyrrell and JR have gone above and beyond to help me with my repair. He went as far as calling my local dealership to advocate for me, finding the proper coding to ensure my repair was covered with my warranty. I cannot recommend them enough! His service and support was unlike any you’ll find today. I am so grateful! Thanks again!
The dealership provided excellent customer service during my encounter. Shawn got us a loaner vehicle to use for the 6 week duration of repairs. We had to get to an appointment in Denver and he had us back on the road within 2 hours. I’m very thankful for the assistance and service. Truck is running better than ever.
We left Yuma Arizona on 2Apr2025 making our way home to Ottawa Ontario Canada, a 3000 miles trip. We made it all the way to Cheyenne Wyoming when the check engine light came on, it said that my truck was going into low power mode and to continue driving as it was cleaning exhaust system.
