Wish I could give this business a -0 blank. Always texting me about doing my taxes, but when I got Audited Chris will not respond. Tyrone’s Tax service is a rip-off. Stay away from Chris McCain or get burnt
Audited by this company every year I used them. They were recording fake driving miles. It didn't just happen to me, that would be too easy. I know at least 5 people who all got audited for the same reasons.
Got audited twice. I knew it was suspect after the first time, but it was too late since we had already filed a second time by then. Don't use them.
I used them for my 2015 and 2016 taxes. I was audited for both. Never been audited before. I now owe $5,500 and also paid for "Audit Protection" but was told that's just for them to communicate with the IRS on my behalf and setup payments to pay what I owe. The reason for my audit was because they made up $18,000 + in deductions on my taxes. Do NOT use this place! They are sketchy and won't stand behind their service.
Tyrone's Tax Service is the very best tax service as I have gone to several but are not great to work with. This is my second year filing my taxes with them and worked with Chris McCain and he has made filing taxes very easy and stress free. the new portal they have for their clients is easy to use and you are able to view your previous returns. I recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and respect to the client!!!!
