DO NOT USE FOR EUTHANASIA. SO HORRIBLE!!!!! I took my 20 year old cat in to have him put gently to sleep because it was time for him to rest. When I called, they were perfectly pleasant and told me that I would need to fill out some paperwork. I said that was fine, but I wanted to fill it out after, because I wanted to spend time with my cat beforehand. The lady agreed.
