After almost 7 years of dealing with them I am officially done. They have proven to me they are more concerned with money than their patients health. The one thing I have kicked myself about the most is that there have been many instances that I should leave and still stuck around. I have been seeing Dr Girod for at least 30yrs I am very please with the service the atmosphere family own business everyone is very nice & professional
Very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and likeable. The staff takes time to listen to your concerns, never feeling rushed or unimportant during my visits. The customer service is excellent. They were so thoughtful, so thorough, I felt confident knowing they were working to get me better. The fact that they knew the name of patients upon entrance to the office window, was so impressive. So on my 2nd visit, they addressed me before I gave my name. I highly recommend Dr. Girod and staff.
