Came in for severe pain and panic. I was treated like I was med seeking. Dr did approve a med, but said since I had something similar at home, to use that. I asked if they were the same drug class, and he said they were. After getting home and researching, I confirmed that they are in fact different. Called in to see if they could send it in , and was told I’d have to come back and be reevaluated. The person on the phone was rude as well. Do not recommend. Whoever the receptionist was answered the phone rude as hell and absolutely needs re-educated on customer service. Doctor Zortich treated me like I was just looking for pills when I was in severe pain and looking for a solution (never went to the ER. Was my first visit) and was lied too about my prescription. Again wouldn't send my worst enemy here let alone someone I love. Only person that was nice was the infrasound tech. She knows how to treat people.

Went to this e.r because i had covid symptoms and got denied to be seen there so rude and im contacting head nurse about that person and taking legal action aswell
