I’ve been with State Farm for 10 years, and I can honestly say this office is the best. Randy, Tyrone Isaac, and Javian always go above and beyond to make sure I understand all of my policies. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable asking questions because to them there’s no such thing as a dumb question. I was extremely pleased with the hopefulness the Customer Service and the easiness. It was to deal with the State Farm agent today. It was my first accident not that I want to have another, but I was extremely pleased how easy everything was.
An insurance policy is only as good as the agency who backs it. Tyrone and his office went beyond any reasonable expectations of them. Ours was the claim that never seemed to end, no fault of State Farm but of dealing with my elderly mother. Tyrone And his office crew were patient kind and always willing to start again when the wrong papers were sent or lost. Great customer service! Tyrone the agent is very nice and helpful. They are super fast when you need to change vehicles on your insurance policy. I will definitely stay with them for a while.
