I’ve dealt with Tyrone a couple of times in the past and he was always great. Today, I had a hiccup with the claims process using the State Farm customer service center, so I called my agent for help. I’m so glad I did because Randy was incredibly helpful! He was able to get my issues with the service center resolved and helped get the rental car process initiated. There is something to be said for reaching out to your local agent. Randy, you’re awesome!
I’ve been with State Farm for 10 years, and I can honestly say this office is the best. Randy, Tyrone Isaac, and Javian always go above and beyond to make sure I understand all of my policies.
