I was extremely pleased with the hopefulness the Customer Service and the easiness. It was to deal with the State Farm agent today. It was my first accident not that I want to have another, but I was extremely pleased how easy everything was.
An insurance policy is only as good as the agency who backs it. Tyrone and his office went beyond any reasonable expectations of them. Ours was the claim that never seemed to end, no fault of State Farm but of dealing with my elderly mother. Tyrone And his office crew were patient kind and always willing to start again when the wrong papers were sent or lost.
