Tyrone Guy fitted a new boiler for my housebound mum. After she died we found out that failed to register it with Gas Safe. This is a legal requirement. When we challenged him about this, he tried to fob us of by saying that we could do it ourselves. That is not true. Then he charged us to regsiter it, and we had no option except to pay him, as we needed the boiler registered to be sell the house. A thoroughly bad experience
