A beautiful place to rent for parties. Kitchen, with plenty of seating anf there is a little hangout area with a tv and couch! The building is so beautiful!
I used this place for my Daughter’s Baby Shower. It was everything I expected and more. Was the perfect size for the amount of people. Has a functional kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. It comes equipped with platter plates, Bowls and large utensils. I would highly recommend this place!!!
I really don’t want to share how great this place is as i go up each year to get a nurse class a get together for the weekend Everything you need to have a inexpensive part of a trip to state college You will not be disappointed I’m a New Yorker and this was quaint yet serviceable to do breakfast and bbq if u want to Owners are A+ to deal with
