Walked off a job, hasnt sent the partial refund promised after a month, now having to pursue him in court. No plumber willing to use his existing work anyway so it all has to be ripped out. Very poor communication with client throughout the entire project.

Plumbing problems happen at the worst times. During my last two issues I called Tyrone and Sons after typical business hours. In both cases someone was on site in minutes and solved the problem. Tyrone is a nice guy and I’m glad his company services our community.

We had a broken pipe in the front yard puddling up enough water that it was flowing all the way onto Archer Road. While all the other emergency dispatch plumbing companies weren't able to send anyone or even answer at 2 AM, Tyrone answered the phone and was on the way very promptly. By 3 AM, he had diagnosed the problem, and at 6 AM, when Lowe's opened, he purchased the requisite parts for the repair. Tyrone was the consummate professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing issue and showed me how I could fix it myself if I wanted to. I’ll still call him next time. He was professional, courteous, and fair. I’d recommend him for any plumbing job you may need.

Called for service, they came out and took a look at the leaking faucet and never came back to repair it and Tyrone & Son did not bother to call back to reschedule service, not the type of professional service I would recommend
