Car looks brand new , couldn’t be any happier! The turn around time was great and customer service top tier, brought it in Thursday evening got it back Tuesday. I have zero complaints and Greivin is a master at his craft. It looks like it was never involved in an accident.
This morning, I purchased two Bridgestone Tires and had a wheel alignment performed. The tires appeared to be in excellent condition, and I was pleased with my overall experience. I discovered them on Facebook, and I am glad that I did. My tire size is 265/35R19, which tends to be costly due to its dimensions; however, they offered the correct size tires at a fair price, thank you!
Guys that install tires for a living installs two brand tires in the wrong direction. Fine. Mistakes happen. So I drive almost an hour back to the shop so that they can reinstall the tires in the proper direction. The woman at the front desk apologized, but no apology at all from the two mechanics that worked on my car. Absolute garbage customer service. This is the BEST!!! spot to come! I got my tires done & my brakes today. It was finished in such a quick time. The atmosphere is relaxed they don't rush you out. Awesome guy that worked on my car both times Lenny. He's the best 👌 cares about his work & talks to you afterwards. The prices you cannot beat it!! With how high everything is i can honestly say it's a breath of fresh air to be able to financially keep up with my car. Thank you!!!
