I want to preface this as feedback to improve the business, because I want you guys to do better legitimately. There are several points of failure that happened in the chain of communication yesterday when my car was brought in to have the rear tyres replaced. When I called to make my alignment booking as my motorhome was pulling to the right driving, I specifically gave them my motorhome sizing and asked if they could put it up on the hoist. Yes that's all okay i was told Anyway I pulled up out the back where the trucks were The guys were so nice, but said I need to drive around the front Doing so they could never fit my motorhome in😟😟 So they proceeded to conduct the wheel alignment outside on metal plates I wasn't happy and wanted to watch what was happening.
