I big shout out to these guys. Two lady's on the way to Bendigo to deliver family ashes and on a strict time frame absolutely bent over backwards to help us out with a faulty rim of our hire vehicle. Dont bother going anywhere else when in Wagga Wagga....if we could give you more than 5 stars we would. Thanks Guys.
I was driving in a carpark in early Feb and got a large pin stuck in my tyre so the spare wheel had to be put on. I took my car in the following day to get the tyre repaired and switched with the spare. However, I noticed that my tyre after repairing was not maintaining its pressure and was slowly dropping even after just putting air in it. My car got serviced today and I asked them to check the tyre as I suspected a slow leak. The manager, Johno, is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful toward his staff. His disregard for their safety and wellbeing is deeply concerning. Instead of offering guidance or support, he resorts to yelling, swearing, and targeting individuals—behaviour that is not only inappropriate but downright bullying. At his age, this conduct is especially disappointing. I won’t be returning here.
Terrific help in a very quick and professional fashion. Got us back on the road safely in no time at all after an unexpected adventure off-road. Thoroughly recommend.
