After pulling in to the business on the off chance looking for assistance on a damaged tyre, we were met by Ray who looked at what was currently on the truck and suggested another tyre as a replacement. We discussed what his thoughts were and he helped us out by not only changing the tyre for the spare but after his suggestion we were overjoyed that we were being looked after with a personal assistant.
