Brilliant service, drivers calls with ETA on day of fitment, quick and friendly service. Carried out tire replacements on both my Cupra Ateca and M140i with no issues. Will be using again soon!
Used these for years, Always were excellent but the the last time i used them service was terrible. Damaged my alloys and didn't balance the wheels properly, one was so unbalanced it was shaking the steering like crazy. After that experience I will never use them again and would advise others to AVOID at all costs!!!
Booked the day off work only for them to call me in the morning and cancel the job due to their 'only' fitter being sick. No backup plan was offered. Refund requested and subsequently I got 2x better tyres fitted for cheaper, on the same day, from a similar company. Will avoid Tyres on the Drive from now on. Obviously.
4 new tyres fitted yesterday afternoon, didn’t use or check the car tyres yesterday as I didn’t have a reason to. I came to use my car this morning to discover one of the tyres flat. Contacted customer services straight away at 9AM to be told no one is available to see to this and that I have to wait for a further 24 hours to see if someone can come and ‘investigate this’. I have asked for all 4 tyres to be checked and told this will not be necessary and they will check 1 only. Absolutely shocking customer service and after ... read more
tyres were good shame the fitter didn't have a clue how to balance wheels up correctly and put wheel weights on top of weights and not even in the correct place, used them many times before but this will be the last time
