I was very impressed with Adam at Tyres for Bikes in Brisbane. After an initial miscommunication, he went out of his way to open the shop early so he could fit a set of tyres on my Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro and get me on my way to Sydney that day. Now that is customer service for you.
