Scratched 50% of the wheel lip. The protection equipment used had worn down and was bare metal on metal contact. Much of the wheel lip has been scrapped off. The shop did not deny responsibility however a $50 refund on a wheel that costs $700 each new is fairly unreasonable. The pictures attached are all from 1 single wheel. Update: During the same visit I had two brand new tyres put on another pair of brand new wheels.
