Ahmed went above and beyond to meet me halfway and address my concerns, even covering part of the repair costs. I appreciate his efforts and responsiveness to find a fair resolution where we were both happy. I'm a repeat customer. The team here are amazing! They'll get the job done at a reasonable price! Professional and experienced team that doesn't overcharge their customers. I'll be back and recommend more customers to go get buy they're tyres and wheel serviced here!
I’ve been there twice, with today being my second visit. They offer good tyres at reasonable prices, and even their second-hand tyres are quite good. Customer service is okay, though it could be improved. The only thing I didn’t like was that after I left my car with them and came back once it was ready, I found both front windows fully down. I’ve left my car at many places before and never experienced this. Please be more responsible and take better care of customers’ property.
Came here for a quick wheel alignment, literally called after my service (which said i needed a wheel alignment) and they said the hoist was free. Affordable and the car was done in 30 mins. Their waiting area wasn’t too bad either, they had cold water and cups and the place is really tidy with comfortable couches in the waiting area.
