Had an awesome experience today, expensive tire with a nail in it was no problem for Jacob and Harley, had plenty of flexibility with booking and even got me a spot the following day for the repair. Very quick service will be going back next week for an alignment!
Highly recommend, great team. Thought I had a puncture, but instead needed a rim repair. Tire was stripped and I was directed to the right place to repair the rim. Once the rim was repaired they fitted the tire back on. Thanks again guys, also for the good chat
Amazing team .. if your in the market for anything tyres Jacob & his team are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure your happy. Didn’t know the best Customer Service was right in my doorstep - I highly recommend (and I don’t recommend many )
Wife drove back and forth in front of our house for 20 mins on busy Stanmore road at peak hour because their tyre truck was parked in our driveway blocking access. There were plenty of places he could have parked that did not involve blocking access to the drive including just pulling forward another 2 meters. I asked the driver to move to let her in and he replied “I’ll move when I’m done”. Very rude. The opposite of professional. I wouldn’t buy a tyre from them if they were the only company in QLD.
Friendly, fast service. Highly recommend.
