I had a very disappointing experience at Tyrepower Wangara. Initially, I went in to buy and install a spare tyre, and when I received my car, the lid covering the spare tyre compartment was broken. While I understand accidents happen, no one informed me about it — the lack of communication was concerning. During the same visit, I mentioned a slight vibration in the steering wheel when braking.
