Went in for a tyre puncture and they were so welcoming so helpful and very efficient and finished the fix really quickly. 10/10 thank you guys so much
Exceptional service ! Called on a Saturday morning spoke with David who is absolutely lovey and helpful. I explained my situation and he happily squeezed me in for 11:30 to have a tyre replaced. Definitely would recommend them for their customer service, communication and affordable prices
Turned up at 8am which is supposed to be the opening time. Waited till 8.20am but nobody showed up. Left and took my business to My Car Tyre and Auto. Response to owners response, You're right things do happen all of which are not my problem and I can't be sitting around waiting. I drove out of that carpark at exactly 8.20am and the lights were off and there was nobody in sight so 8.13am???? You may be a family owned business, but not a chain store? Pretty sure Tyre Power independently owned or not is a chain store.
Came in off the street and they replaced my punctured tyre straight way. Very friendly and helpful....10/10 would recommend. Thanks guys!!
My initial experience with these guys was a bit rocky, but through great customer service they fixed all the issues I had, and all subsequent services I've had performed by them were flawless. Thanks guys. 👌🏻
