Rego check. The Asian gentleman said he would only pass my vehicle if I paid for him to put on new tyres. My tyres were well above the legal depth markings in my opinion. I measured the tread at 3mm. Above 1.5mm is legal in Australia. He says the tyres were scuffed. Scuffing is normal even on new tyres. See attached photos.
