I would stay well clear of this tyre shop, with very suspect business practices I am embarrassed for those mothers that have their sons work there.
Have been going to Rosebud Tyre Power for the best part of 6 years. Generally been happy with the service provided. Recently took a trailer in to have it checked over as it’s relatively new. They tightened the bearings and balanced the wheels. Driving home trailer locked up, smoke coming out of the hubs, grease spat out everywhere. Bearings had been over tightened and got so hot in 15 minutes of driving that they welded themselves to the hub. Trailer had to be picked up on a tow truck and driven back. I recently visited Tyre Power for a headlight bulb replacement and was charged $70 for what was literally a 2-minute job. While I understand businesses need to make a profit, this price feels excessive for such a simple service. quote was given $20, and I’m disappointed with the lack of transparency.
Amazing service, have had some terrible car issues in the past with being ripped off/spoken to patronisingly but these guys are fab. Deffo recommend!! Thank you!
