Had a great experience with this tyre shop. I came in thinking I had two punctured tyres as both had nails in them. After about 30 minutes, the team checked everything properly and honestly told me that only one tyre was actually punctured. The second nail hadn’t gone through the tyre at all — it went in at an angle and got stuck in the tyre groove. They could’ve easily charged me for both, but they didn’t. Really honest, professional, and friendly team. It’s hard to find businesses like this these days. Highly recommend 👍
Fantastic and friendly service at Tyrepower Pakenham. Dropped a punctured tyre into them for repair. When picking it up, they asked whether I would like them to take the the spare tyre that was currently on my car and put the repaired one back on in its spot. Very thoughtful of them - without me actually asking them first - and at no cost. Saved me the time and hassle of trying to do the swap at home. They then neatly packed the spare tyre in the back of the car and carefully put the jack, etc, back in its correct place. Thi... read more

The moto of ‘we provide exceptional customer service could not be further from the truth’ this morning. We are travelling and ended up in Pakenham and on arrival we noticed our horse float tyre was flat with a piece of wire in it. We placed the spare in the float and dropped off the flat tyre this morning to be fixed. A friend collected the tyre just at close to find out the tyre is too damaged to be repaired.
