Terrible experience. I spoke with the owner to see if his team were able to remove my second hand 4wd tyre from one rim and install it to another rim of mine. He insisted that it wasn’t a problem. The owner messaged me when it was ready. Upon returning home I noticed a huge chunk of rubber missing from the bead area. I contacted the store and they said to bring it in. Couldn’t get anybody to answer two phone calls and one left message. Rang another Tyrepower Shop who answered promptly, and therefore got my business for four new tyres. If your prospective customers cannot make contact, you won’t get their business.
