Terrible experience. Who knew getting tyres could be so hard
Great service at Tyrepower Noosa. Laura was super friendly and really helpful, and the pricing was great too. Everything was easy, no pressure, and done quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
Spend your money and support companies that can provide good customer service without a condescending attitude..... Initially I thought perhaps it was just to me until I heard old mate speak to another female customer with a know it all condescending male tone. Warana Tyerpower is the exemplar for good customer service. No wonder Noosa has no waiting.
I had an issue with my battery at 7:15 am and Tyrepower was the only place open in Noosaville. Dallas was able install a new battery out front of the shop and had me on my way in time for work. Very much appreciated.
Terrible experience. I spoke with the owner to see if his team were able to remove my second hand 4wd tyre from one rim and install it to another rim of mine. He insisted that it wasn’t a problem. The owner messaged me when it was ready. Upon returning home I noticed a huge chunk of rubber missing from the bead area. I contacted the store and they said to bring it in.
