Exceptional service Dallas at Tyrepower Noosaville, went above and beyond helping me with my car, which had broken down on the side of a country road, on my way to work last Saturday morning. He and a team member drove out to check if they could drive my car back to their premises for repairs. When they realised it was not possible, they promptly organised a tilt truck to bring it back. Good old fashioned customer service isn’t dead here! Dallas took the time to listen to my needs for getting around properties for work and my budget instead of just deciding I needed ‘lady tyres for a lady car.’ Luckily too as I can’t follow directions and ended up in a 4WD terrain today! I also ordered the wrong tyres online and they had every right to charge me but they offered to on sell them. Thank you 🙏
