Not very transparent with communication.Asked if I wanted 2 budget tyres and was told $170.Get the tyres on and the cost is $340.Nothing budget about that.Budget tyres are $100 and under.Mind you the tyres they replaced where brand new,3 months old but due a slight rubbing mark on the inside was told they needed replacement.Had a wheel alignment the week before there and car is still pulling to the left.Not happy jan.You expect fair dinkum and transparency and you get taken for a ride.
We were passing through town and needed tyre repair/replacement on our Ford Everest. We got an AT spare on a 4WD vehicle with four HT tyres and only found out when we were hundreds of kms away. The fact that the tread patterns were different wasn't communicated. Spoke with Selena (business owner) by phone and she agreed that communication could improve. Thanks for taking the time to follow up Selena.
