Unbelievably grateful for the team at tyrepower Mackay for helping get me back on the road. Their referral mechanic did an amazing job with my vehicle and everyone involved was very genuine in making sure I had a safe rest of my journey, even calling to check up and make sure everything was smooth sailing. 10/10 service
Exceptional old school service!! We had one of our trucks delivering cabinets from Brisbane to Airlie when we got a flat an hour out of Mackay at 4:50pm. I called every tyre shop in Mackay to see if someone had the tyre needed and could stick around after hours - we were happy to pay extra as we desperately needed to get to Airlie that night. Most had the tyre but would not work a minute past 5pm. Tony was the only one that even entertained the idea. He said he would go home and just to call when we got into town. The boys h... read more

Quick, efficient and incredible customer service from all staff members from booking to completion of the job. Good customer service with a smile is hard to come by these days but these guys do an awesome job!
