Popped into Mackay Tyrepower store today (19.08.25) to have a leaking valve stem replaced on a tyre for the trailer. The staff carried out the repair within 5 minutes free of charge and carried the tyre out to my car. Truly excellent service. Greatly appreciated.
Tyrepower Mackay were great. I had booked a week in advance just to ensure the order for my tyres were available. I arrive 10mins before opening. No problems at all. While I waited I overheard to several conversations held over the phone and walk in customers. These guys are very friendly, professional, courteous, accommodating. I will certainly be recommending them and returning for my monthly wheel rotations and alignments.
