Tyre power has no idea of customer service and take no responsibility for their representatives. I was quoted for four new Micky Thompson’s 119 light truck tyres for my Toyota hilux I accepted the quote, unfortunately at the time I trusted the Tyrepower representative would do the right thing but instead they put 110s on. Extremely helpful, excellent service and communication.
Do not under any circumstance use this company. They have not one shred of customer service. They will take no responsibility for there own mistakes. Specific set of tyres ordered and when they arrive the company realized they had ordered the wrong tyres, instead of admitting the error they quickly put them on your car and as soon as you drive away, apparently that voids there responsibilty its now your problem that the all terrain mud tyre you ordered has suddenly become just an all terrain tyre.
