Told me they can’t do a wheel alignment on my ford falcon as they didn’t have shims to space the upper control arm out, I had to go organise shims for them to do the alignment. Got the car back after alignment and had a loud knock from front of car over bumps, took it back and they drove it around the block took the car back into the workshop and cut a strap I had in the engine bay and said that was it and sent me on my way ( almost 5pm so obviously wanting to go home without actually fixing issue ) took the car home and not... read more
