It took less than 10 minutes from checking the tire to arranging for a replacement at market price. Luckily, the tires were replaced that afternoon. They have an experiential understanding of customer needs. There seem to be many auto repair shops in Gisborne, but I felt that Tirepower was definitely one of the shops that ran a reliable business. Tyrepower was great for getting my car sorted so quickly in order for me to get through my WOF in time. They are an exceptional team of very good people who know the meaning of true customer service.
