Really lovely business to interact with. I came in with a slightly damaged tyre and they had the opportunity to upsell and tell me that I needed to replace. Instead, they said it was superficial damage and that I was good to go without needing a new set of tyres.
Do not recommend. The service was terrible and barely willing to assist after tires installed incorrectly and was forced to see a different mechanic to find the problem and then take it back to them to fix. The problem was the tire installation! Worst place (This is posted under a seperate account then the one booked). The owner should know who I am.
Efficient service, competitive pricing & an excellent selection of tyres on offer. My X-trail had its tyres replaced + a wheel alignment completed within the hour.
I had a slow leak in my back tyre and went and saw the team. They were fantastic! They were able to see to the tyre straight away (nail had punctured), fux the puncture and we very reasonably priced. The team are friendly, accommodating and efficient. I highly recommend.
Great customer service. I had quick response to my enquiry and help with sizing options for new wheels for my car. Very easy experience and reasonable price. Other TypePower stores have still not even responded to my emails to book my car in. It’s been weeks. Geebung replied straight away. The lovely team even packed my old wheels nicely into boxes with packing protection so that I could take them home easily. The team carried them to my car.
