I came in for a wheel balance and discovered that one of my wheels was buckled. The team insisted it wasn't safe to drive back to Sydney and kindly allowed my car to remain at the workshop for 3 hours while Tesla delivered a replacement wheel. The fact that they declined my offer to pay for the inspection speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity. I can't thank them enough for their professional advice and genuine care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional tyre workshop.
