I brought my van back in for a wheel alignment that didn't get done properly the first time, I was trying to explain how it needed to be done as it was a specific procedure (for my older car), my mechanic told me to do so and he had also rung them explaining it the week before. I arrived at tyrepower this morning with leaking tyre. Being of a certain age and never having done this before, my husband did, but can no longer. The staff were polite, very helpful and kind and efficient. Many thanks to the front desk staff and the employees replacing my tyre
I called up about a flat tyre and Ken was very helpful in sorting me out with a replacement. Nick was able to fit the new tyre immediately and I was able to go about my day. Outstanding customer service!
We have used Tyrepower Erina over many years. We have used them twice recently, where they really went above and beyond. My 19 year old son came back from a trip in his landcruiser, and had torn the sidewall on one of his tyres. He purchased 2 new tyres from Tyrepower to go on his front axle, the price was very competitive. But he also had the issue, that the spare that came with the car, didn't fit his front axle.
