Terrible customer service. Originally dealt with the Hamilton VIC office who were great. However, being in QLD I walked into the store to ask if a tyre was in stock and was immediately shut down. Clearly they were busy and didn’t want to serve me. The clerk told me that he has other customers to deal with, in which I was confused as I was simply asking if a tyre was in stock. Which I had full intention of keeping the business with Tyrepower. Unfortunately this branch has ruined it for me.
Just had my tyres fitted at Tyrepower eagle Farm, the service is excellent Dave and the staff are. friendly, helpful and also very efficient I would recommend everybody to tyrepower Eagle Farm
Really excellent and fast work. Very professional and friendly service. I won the tyres on a radio competition and I couldn't be happier, such lovely people.
Excellent experience. David was able to get me pricing on a range of new tyres for my vehicle from different brands and sizes, gave advice on whether certain larger sizes would fit without issue, called me on a Friday at midday to tell me they had been delivered, and even managed to get them fitted and wheel alignment done before COB that same Friday. Highly recommended!
Fast and efficient, Dave and the team don't muck around. Great value for tesla owners over other options.
