I was in dire need of new tyres as mine were extremely worn, and I only had a tight window of time to get them replaced. David sorted everything out within that timeframe; four new tyres fitted, wheel alignment done, and I was out the door in no time. Fantastic customer service and a great team. I’ll definitely be recommending them in the future!
Dropped in today to ask for a price on a couple of tyres for a work ute. Dave checked stock and within 35 minutes the guys had the tyres fitted and I was gone. Thanks Dave for awesome customer service and to the guys for delaying their lunch.

Aircon issue diagnosed as actuator costing thousands, second opinion found obvious gas leak in engine bay, mechanic said it was obvious and confused how Tyrepower missed it and a much cheaper fix.
Terrible customer service. Originally dealt with the Hamilton VIC office who were great. However, being in QLD I walked into the store to ask if a tyre was in stock and was immediately shut down. Clearly they were busy and didn’t want to serve me. The clerk told me that he has other customers to deal with, in which I was confused as I was simply asking if a tyre was in stock. Which I had full intention of keeping the business with Tyrepower. Unfortunately this branch has ruined it for me.
