Great service for my caravan tyres
Called to price up four new tyres for my M3 and get advice on performance options, which should have been a five-minute call. Instead I got Debbie, who insisted I had the tyre sizing wrong, lectured me on how long she'd worked there, and told me a staggered setup "isn't possible" and that she'd never seen one. For the record, a staggered setup (19s front, 20s rear) is the factory spec for the G80 M3. She wanted to ring around to other sources to prove I was mistaken before she'd even quote me.
